Kurt previously worked as a journalist, music critic, travel writer, and restaurant/nightlife reviewer, and he authored two books on the history of country music. He went on to manage digital properties for CNET, CBS Interactive, and CBS Radio, where he picked up new skills in digital marketing, corporate communications, and social media management, as well as a lifelong fascination with SEO.
Since moving with his family to Denver in 2015, he’s worked with a wide variety of businesses, from healthcare to ad tech. He also launched SoundRange, focusing on SEO services for musicians and those in the music business.
