Katherine has over 25 years of graphic design and web development experience. She found her true passion for design at the Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design where she received a degree in Graphic Design and Communication. This, in conjunction with a Marketing Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and various certification programs, gives her the knowledge to create powerful designs and beautiful websites that support the client’s brand and messaging. She is highly organized and brings a functional aesthetic into her website design by creating clean and high performing sites, while adhering to the latest standards.
Katherine’s entry into designing websites started by hand coding them at AT&T in a word processor using all sorts of hacks to make the site behave in a browser. She’s created and managed sites ranging from a few pages to an intranet of 175 pages that housed 8,000 documents. Her entry into WordPress started 6 years ago and she hasn’t looked back since. Katherine understands the importance of content delivery and how it relates to the construction of engaging sites.
Katherine is a self-professed nerd and excels in Adobe CC, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office and WordPress.
