With 25+ years as a creative professional and a degree in fine art and communication, Carol’s career in graphic design has always been much more than just visuals — she is a master at solving communication challenges with an aesthetic touch.
Previously, Carol held a long-term position as manager of corporate design for the footwear giant Brown Shoe, in which she was a key player in the company’s name change and identity makeover. Responsible for overseeing the corporate brand globally as part of the Public Relations and Investor Relations team, she designed signage for overseas offices, corporate ads, websites, annual reports, employee newsletters, event graphics and more. She also art directed fashion, retail and product photography.
Carol’s design work has touched a variety of industries. She has worked with entrepreneurs, speakers, authors, government organizations, small businesses and natural resources companies, to name a few. She has created award-winning logos, corporate identity programs, branded collateral, event graphics and more, and remains devoted to delighting clients with her “solve it” approach to graphic design.
Carol is an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, web content management systems and email communication programs. She also boasts skills in art direction, photo re-touching and event coordination.
