Contract (1099)

Part time: Variable from 10 to 25 hours per week, including non-standard business hours

Work location: Louisville, client sites (Front Range), virtual / home office

Job Duties may consist of the following:

– Assists on marketing campaigns and events

– Attends and assists at company and at client functions, including meetings, events, conferences, shows

– Assists on client engagements on marketing initiatives

– Provide support to engagement teams and principals

– Acquisition and management of stock materials and promotional items

– Plans and schedules meetings by establishing contacts; assists in developing schedules and assignments

– Plans and organizes promotional presentations

– Updates calendars when needed

– Tracks engagement team hours to ensure budgets are not exceeded

– Working with marketing teams:
1. Create, edit and deliver marketing materials
2. Create social media content and coordinate social media outreach
3. Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email
4. Create mass-mail materials, brochures, business cards
5. Coordinate flow of information and disseminate it according to plan

– Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements / Experience:

– Responsiveness

– Confident and outgoing

– Excellent attention to detail

– Well organized

– Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word

– Excellent writing skills

– Adobe Creative Suite experience nice to have

– Bachelor’s degree preferred

– 1 year of experience or more

– Will consider college student in marketing or business program with no paid experience, or experience in lieu of degree
